Social Media Initiative
Vaco Holdings, a talent solutions and business consulting organization, sought to elevate their presence and engagement on LinkedIn with an ambitious goal: reaching 1 million followers by the end of 2024. Understanding current trends of motion graphics and video production as an engagement-boosting tool, I led a shift in Vaco’s creative and social strategy to attain that goal. Collaborating closely with the social media team, we moved away from traditional static imagery, embracing dynamic, audience-focused video content and motion graphics to foster deeper engagement (seen in a few examples below). The outcome was extraordinary—Vaco achieved their milestone four months ahead of schedule, and continues to average an impressive 1,000 new followers per day.
